Elisabeth Silletto, currently an Associate Scientist at Mondelēz, fondly remembers her internship experience. “Although it happened during the peak of COVID and entirely virtual, I was given an impactful project identifying new opportunities for the belVita brand”. She, alongside the other interns, had a full schedule of events that ranged from intimate chats with Senior Leaders to dynamic social hours. “I learned an incredible amount throughout the summer about food innovation and consumer science, as well as general ways of working in the food industry”.

She also enjoyed being able to connect with and leverage the expertise of many team members, “each of whom was great to work with and happy to help”. Outside of her project, Elisabeth highlights the Product Development Challenge the interns were given, “for which I got to collaborate with intern peers for a creative and open-ended project”.

“The supportive and fun environment, coupled with the wide breadth of resources and challenging, impactful projects made it an easy decision to come back to Mondelēz full time”.
