My journey with Mondelēz began in 2013, when I joined the local HR department. With a background in psychology, I brought a unique perspective to the HR field, which allowed me to excel in my role. After a few years, I was given the opportunity to take on a regional role, which allowed me to work with international teams across Europe. This experience was incredibly valuable, as it taught me how to work with diverse teams and stay on top of industry trends.

In March 2021, I joined the Early Career team, and since then, my journey has been filled with exciting challenges and adventures. Working in this team has given me the chance to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization and contribute to the overall success of the company. I'm passionate about working in the Early Careers team because it allows me to help young professionals develop and reach their potential.

In this role, I play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of talent within the company. I'm involved in recruitment, training, mentoring, and career development programs, which is highly rewarding. Being able to help others succeed in their careers is what makes my job so exciting.

I got my master’s degree in psychology and I brought my professional experience in therapy and recruitment to Mondelez in December 2022. What makes my job fun is that I’m never bored, I get to be creative and work with great people. In free time I’m passionate Playstation gamer and Milka hazelnut lover.

HR and recruitment are the directions I have been focusing on from the beginning. I have experience in recruiting for various career levels, and currently I focus on early careers. I love that in this job I always have the opportunity to talk to super talented and ambitious people. 😊

I am interested in psychology, traveling and singing. I also like good food, so Mondelez was definitely the perfect place for me.
