Tate’s Bake Shop is a fast-growing, premium cookie and baked goods brand known for its signature thin-and-crispy cookies and baked treats made with simple, authentic ingredients. It all started when Kathleen King, founder of Tate's Bake Shop, began baking when she was just eleven years old, selling small batches of her crisp, buttery chocolate chip cookies off of a fold-out card table on North Sea Farm, her parents' Long Island farmstead. Today, Tate’s Bake Shop is an internationally recognized brand as well as an ever-expanding line of bake shop delectable desserts including gluten free offerings.
