THE APPLICATION PROCESS: WHAT TO EXPECT?

Apply online on our careers site; we'll guide you through the process step by step. Upload your CV and complete a short online questionnaire. Our Early Careers Team will review your application to confirm you meet the eligibility criteria, then move you to Step 2: Assessment.
TOP TIP! Note the closing dates on the adverts and apply early. We review applications on a rolling basis, so don't miss out.

Our assessments are online, available in multiple languages, and accessible 24/7 on desktop and mobile. They're uniquely designed for Mondelēz International and align with our values and behaviours, so we can check if you're a fit for us, and we're a good fit for you.
You'll complete two assessments:
- Personality / Values Test - An untimed, multiple-choice assessment that measures your compatibility with our values.
- Cognitive Ability Test - A gamified assessment with numerical and logical reasoning games that assess your problem-solving skills.
TOP TIP! We'll send you practice tests with your invitation. Take time to complete them so you know what to expect. Set aside a quiet space, ensure you have a good internet connection, and give yourself the time you deserve to do your best.

You'll receive an invitation with a link to complete a one-way video interview. There are 5 questions designed to help us understand your fit to the role and the business. You'll have 30 seconds to read each question and prepare your answer, then the recording begins.
Here's what matters: our Early Careers Team reviews all video interviews. No AI involved.
TOP TIP! We're looking for real examples from your personal life, education, or work experience that demonstrate a particular skill and what you learned from it. Use the STAR technique to structure your answers (see the guidance below).

The final stage is an in-person Assessment Centre on the date specified in the job advert. It's a full day comprising three assessments: a Group Exercise, a Presentation or Role Play, and a competency-based interview. We'll explain all materials and exercise briefs on the day, and you'll have plenty of time to prepare.
This is your chance to show us your potential to succeed in an early careers role at Mondelēz International, and for us to show you what life here is really like. You'll meet team members and managers from your specific function, hear their career journeys, and speak with our current Early Careers recruits about life on scheme. You make MDLZ grow.
The Star Technique
STAR is an acronym for Situation, Task, Action, and Result. It's a powerful way to structure your answers - especially in interviews - so you communicate your experience clearly and compellingly.
- Situation: Describe the situation you had to deal with.
- Task: The task or project you were given to execute.
- Action: Explain the actions you took - what, how, and why.
- Result: Conclude with what happened as a result of your action and what you learnt from the experience.
Learn more information about this by visiting the UK’s National Careers Service and some tips from us on how to Be At Your Best in an interview.
