What early careers program did you join and when?
I joined the Taste the Future internship program on 2 January 2025, and I am really happy I took this step.
What is the most exciting projects that you have worked on?
One of the most exciting projects I have worked on involved implementing factoring with a distributor, a significant undertaking to optimize financial flows. Currently, I am also actively creating payment registers for bank processing and excess registers for direct distributor payments, both crucial for efficient financial operations are also exciting.
What new skills or knowledge have you developed over the past year?
Over the past year, I have developed a wide range of technical and soft skills that have boosted my confidence and independence in this role.
One of my biggest areas has been mastering the full order cycle from when an order appears in EDIN to its final delivery at the customer’s warehouse. Managing this end-to-end process taught me to think systemically, anticipate risks, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment even under tight deadlines.
I also mastered the invoicing process: creating, validating, and monitoring invoices to ensure everything is correct and on time. These experiences built my discipline, attention to detail, and structured approach to daily tasks.
At the same time, I have grown personally. This role strengthened my stress resilience, quick prioritization, multitasking, and ability to stay calm and constructive when the situations become challenging.
What are the core accomplishments you are most proud of?
The achievement I am most proud of is quickly adapting to new processes and taking on responsibilities that initially felt overwhelming. For me, acting independently wasn’t easy at first- I was afraid of making mistakes. But pushing past that fear became a turning point, and it helped me grow both professionally and personally
One of my key accomplishments was confidently navigating a major transition period when a factoring system and a new document flow scheme were implemented. This required fast learning, clear communication with partners, and the ability to maintain stable results in a situation where the previous system had been in place for years.
I am proud not only of managing the workload but also of emerging more confident, independent, and resilient. This experience proved I am capable of more than I thought and ready for complex tasks and responsible decisions.
Can you give us an example of how you step outside your comfort zone in this role?
One of the biggest ways I stepped outside my comfort zone was taking responsibility for processes without ready-made instructions or clear templates. I often navigated incomplete information, fast-changing requirements, or broken workflows. Learning to take the lead, not because someone asked, but because the situation demanded it, was a major shift for me.
Additionally, I stepped out of my comfort zone by learning to make decisions more quickly and confidently. Instead of overthinking details, I started trusting my judgment, analyzing risks, and acting proactively. This ability to move forward even when things weren’t perfectly defined helped me become much more flexible, solution-oriented, and effective under pressure.

I would describe the culture at Mondelēz International, especially in our function, as built on collaboration, mutual support, and a strong focus on people. There is a real sense of teamwork. Everyone willingly helps, shares knowledge, and proactively collaborates on solutions.
Transparency and clear communication are extremely important in our function and actively shape the way we work. I always feel involved and understand my work’s impact. In addition, there are ample opportunities for growth, initiative and continuous learning, which makes the environment both motivating and rewarding.
What is your favorite MDLZ brand?
My favorite Mondelēz brand is Milka. I love it because it always brings a little moment of happiness. The creamy Alpine milk chocolate melts so smoothly, and every bite feels comforting and indulgent. Whether I am enjoying it on my own or sharing it with someone, Milka has a way of making ordinary days feel a bit brighter and turning simple moments into something special. It’s more than chocolate; it’s a little piece of joy I can always count on.
What advice would you give someone that’s considering doing an internship with MDLZ?
My advice for anyone considering an internship at MDLZ is to stay open to everything this experience can offer. You’ll be involved in real processes from day one, and that can feel exciting, challenging, and even a little overwhelming. Don’t hesitate to take on responsibility, even if something feels unfamiliar at first. The moment you allow yourself to try, you’ll be surprised by how quickly you start feeling confident.
Be curious and use every opportunity to learn. Ask questions, even if they seem simple, honestly no one expects you to know everything, and the team here is genuinely supportive and always ready to guide you. One of the things I appreciated most was the atmosphere of openness and teamwork, where you can safely explore, make mistakes, and improve.
And most importantly, stay true to who you are. Your personality, your way of thinking, and your perspective really matter here. MDLZ is a place where your individuality isn’t just accepted, it’s valued. If you bring your authentic self, stay eager to learn, and aren’t afraid to step outside your comfort zone, this internship can become one of the most rewarding experiences for your growth.
