The Mondelēz International Foundation helps connect us to the communities around the world in which we live and work in times of greatest need. Since its founding in 2012, we have invested over $50 million in community healthy lifestyles programs across 18 countries, over $15 million in humanitarian aid and disaster relief, and over $5 million in employee programs. We have been able to make a difference by:

• Providing humanitarian aid through monetary contributions and products to support disaster response and relief efforts.
• Inspiring our team of nearly 90,000 colleagues to make a positive impact with our global volunteer initiative MDLZ Changemakers.
• Investing in community programs that promote active, healthy lifestyles to improve the lives of nearly 2 million children and their families around the world.
