How has your career developed at MDLZ?

After I graduated from University, I started my career at Mondelēz International back in 2013. My first role was as a Customer Service Development Assistant, where I worked first-hand with our customers in Sweden. I then got the opportunity to join the Supply Planning team as a Co-pack planner. In this role I worked across several categories, managing pack plans and stock levels on Co-packed articles.

My next role was as Demand Planner for Finland, where I managed both the Chocolate and the Biscuit categories. This led to another opportunity, where I got to join the Manufacturing Unit in Upplands Väsby, as a Business Development Coordinator. In this role I worked on several different projects, everything from implementing new products to specification changes in the plant. After working in the plant, I re-joined the Business Unit, and started in the Chocolate team as Brand Manager for Marabou , which is my current role and I really enjoy working with our beloved Marabou brand every day!

What do you like about working at MDLZ, and what do you think is special about us?

The biggest reason why I have been at Mondelez for more than nine years is due to all the different opportunities that you can have at Mondelez, making it possible to grow and develop your career.

What has been your biggest learning experience since working with us?

You never stop learning. There are new things to learn every day and exciting opportunities are always just around the corner.

What is the most exciting project that you have worked on?

When I worked in the Upplands Väsby plant as a Business Development Coordinator, it was always exciting to be a part of developing a new Marabou product. To take it from an idea to having the final product in your hand.
