Hello, I'm Judit Futó, serving as a Brand Manager for Biscuits, including Oreo, TUC, and Milka Biscuits, in Budapest. I joined Mondelez in July 2022, drawn by its reputation for a collaborative team, strong brands, and a vibrant corporate culture—elements that were clear during the recruitment process, confirming MDLZ as the ideal workplace for me.

The onboarding process was exceptional, marked by a supportive atmosphere that encouraged curiosity. As someone who thrives on organization, receiving a detailed onboarding plan on day one—complete with scheduled introductory calls, platform access, and a contact list—was a highlight for me.

Describing our office's team and culture is simple: fantastic. The larger business unit and CZSKHU HUB are great, but my Hungarian marketing team holds a special place in my heart. Our diverse strengths and characters create a supportive and complete team.

Over the past 1.5 years, I've grown through various projects and strategic planning efforts, gaining valuable soft skills along the way. What I value most at MDLZ is the dynamic energy it provides.
