Can you tell us about your current role and what your day looks like at Mondelēz International?

I am a Perfect Store Executive at Mondelēz International, but before that, I was a Management Trainee.

A typical day in my current role begins with reviewing emails to ensure I am fully informed about ongoing matters and priorities. I then focus on preparing routine reports that provide insights into performance metrics and operational progress. When we are engaged in a display stand project, my responsibilities extend to coordinating revisions, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and monitoring the overall status of ongoing initiatives. Each day offers a valuable combination of structured tasks and dynamic challenges, which continuously contribute to my professional growth.

If your career were a movie, what would it be called?

The title I would choose is “From Data to Creation.” This reflects the essence of my professional journey, which often begins with analyzing data and subsequently transforming these findings into actionable, creative solutions. Much like the narrative development in a film, my career has been a continuous progression of learning, problem-solving, and creating tangible outcomes.

What advice would you say to someone considering joining your team?

My advice would be to demonstrate diligence, maintain a strong sense of passion for your work, and trust that your contributions will be recognized. This team provides a supportive and collaborative environment in which questions and ideas are always welcomed. By engaging with curiosity and initiative, one can both contribute meaningfully to the team’s success and benefit from substantial opportunities for professional development.

What is your favorite way to unwind after work?

One of the most effective ways for me to unwind after a demanding day is through cooking at home. I find the process both therapeutic and rewarding, as it allows me to focus my attention on something creative. After preparing a meal, I enjoy spending time on my sofa with a good book, which provides a sense of calm and helps me to relax fully. This combination of culinary activity and reading creates a balance of engagement and rest, allowing me to recharge for the following day.

And finally, if you have to pick one, which one is your favorite: Olips, First, or Tofita?

My preference would be Olips. What distinguishes Olips from the others is its refreshing taste combined with the additional benefit of vitamin-enriched options. This unique combination makes it not only enjoyable as a confectionery but also a healthier alternative compared to many other candies. For these reasons, Olips is my definite choice.
