I have celebrated 20 years in the company, having worked in various areas and roles within Manufacturing. My Mondelez career started in the Candy & Chocolate factory in Brasov, Romania, as process engineer. I then progressed to Section Supervisor in the Candy and later to Quality Assurance & Safety, Security and Environment Manager for the plant. In 2009, I switched to a regional Category Quality role, supporting both internal plants and external manufacturers in Southern & Central European area. In 2010, I relocated with my family to Szekesfehervar, Hungary and continued as Quality & SSE manager – in the Hungarian plant. This brought me the opportunity to widen my professional experience to 3 categories: candy, bakery, and chocolate. After many successful and passionate years spent in the QA and SSE area, earlier this year I took over the Integrated Lean 6 Sigma Lead role for our Hungarian plant.

The main reason for my loyalty is that no matter in which department or plant I work, I feel as a trusted and respected member of a small and at the same time big, big family. We, at Mondelez, believe in people, help, and support each other. I feel that my development is an important chapter in my professional life. We celebrate together moments of proud and, when somebody speaks up, we hear. We truly live Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Networking, benchmarking, and having role models support me growing every day, day by day.
