What inspired you to pursue a career in engineering?

My passion for engineering began at Aviation High School in Queens, New York. Initially expecting to learn to fly, I instead discovered a love for fixing airplanes. Through hands-on shop classes, I learned the intricate physics and mathematics behind flight and was captivated by the engineering marvels of aircraft. This realization propelled me toward a career in Mechanical Engineering.

What’s your favorite thing about your job? How do you apply what you learned in your every-day job?

My favorite thing about my job is using data to identify challenges within processes or systems and use data driven insights to identify root causes and then implement solutions based on the analysis to make tangible improvements.
