Frequently Asked Questions

Online safety

We are aware of fraudulent websites and social media accounts which claim to offer free hampers or heavily discounted samples of chocolate or lollies. These imitation accounts attempt to trick or scam consumers into providing their contact details and/or to sign up to a mailing list. Some people also receive emails asking them to click on links through to similar offers. These promotions are almost never honoured and are taken as consent to send you unsolicited SPAM or worse.
We advise consumers to be careful when engaging with any offers or promotions of this nature from unknown sources. Always check the URL for misspellings or unofficial domains and confirm pages have an official blue tick verification badge. We are working hard to address this issue. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us report fraudulent websites and promotions. If you come across a scam or a suspicious promotion, please reach out to report them to us, here or free call 1800 033 275 (AUS) or 0800 444 045 (NZ).

  • We do not sell direct to the public. Our products are widely available for purchase at supermarkets, convenience stores and petrol stations. You can often find them on sale at these locations.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept international product orders. While many products enjoyed around the world are not currently available in Australia or New Zealand, we are always looking to expand our product range. Consumer preferences vary greatly across regions, and we carefully consider what products will resonate with our consumers. If research indicates a strong demand for a particular product, we will explore bringing it to our shelves.

  • We seek to make a positive contribution to the communities in which we operate. Our approach is to actively seek causes and partnerships to support, so unfortunately, we don’t consider unsolicited donation or sponsorship applications in line with a focused approach to help us make a bigger impact on our local communities. Our national partnerships actively support women in sport, grassroots sports participation and food-rescue organisations.

  • We are always on the lookout for innovative product ideas! Our Research and Development team, working closely with Marketing, continually explore new product concepts and conduct thorough market research to ensure any new product has broad appeal. This research is essential in guiding our decisions about which products to introduce. For these reasons, we are not able to use any ideas from members of the public.

  • You can find our Cadbury halal certified product list here.

  • While we don't produce a gluten-free product list, we encourage you to check the ingredient list and allergen information on our product packaging to ensure it meets your dietary needs.

If our products contain cereals containing gluten, the word ‘gluten’ (as well as the name of the gluten cereal) will be declared in the allergen ‘Contains’ statement on the pack. The name of the gluten cereal will also be listed in the ingredients. Gluten-containing cereals include wheat, rye, barley, oats and spelt. If cereals containing gluten may be present due to cross-contact, then the word ‘gluten’ will be declared in the ‘May Contain’ statement on the pack. Where wheat is a cross-contact, it will be listed in the ‘May Contain’ statement.

Please note that your best source for ingredient information is always the product packaging label because recipes are subject to change.

  • If there are peanuts or tree nuts in any of our products, then this will be declared in the ingredient list and declared in the allergen ‘Contains’ statement on the pack.

Where we make a variety of products on the one production line, and where there is a possibility that there could be cross-over contact with allergens such as peanuts or tree nuts these will be declared in the ‘May Contain’ statement on the pack.

  • Due to our vast range of products, it is not possible for us to provide a detailed list regarding suitability for specific dietary requirements. We advise you to check the product packaging ingredient list and allergen information to make sure it meets your dietary needs.

Please note that your best source for ingredient information is always the product packaging label because recipes are subject to change.

  • We appreciate your interest in seeing how our products are made, but due to strict health and safety requirements, we no longer offer tours of our manufacturing facilities.
