Amit Banati is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Mondelēz International, a global snacking leader with 2025 net revenues of approximately $38.5 billion driven by iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, LU, Clif Bar and Tate's Bake Shop biscuits and baked snacks, as well as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Milka and Toblerone chocolate.

Amit most recently served as CFO of Kenvue, Inc., and prior to that as Vice Chairman and CFO of Kellanova, previously Kellogg Company. At Kellanova, he delivered the strongest financial results in more than a decade, while leading transformative transactions, including the company’s spin-off and merger with Mars. He began his career at Kellogg as President for the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region, where he drove regional growth and transformation.

Earlier, Amit served on the executive team of Kraft Foods, the business that became Mondelēz International, as President of North Asia and Head of Asia Pacific Strategy, where he led the regional integration of Cadbury and Kraft Foods. Before joining Kraft, he held progressively responsible management, financial and strategic leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Cadbury Schweppes.

Amit holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow and a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta.
