Our EISD Program

At Mondelēz International our Economic Inclusion and Supplier Diversity (EISD) is a global program spanning all countries we operate in (where permissible by local law). You can read all about our initiative HERE Suppliers can certify or self-identify as being diverse. Mondelēz International supports various organizations that certify diverse businesses. These organization give suppliers access to databases, networking, educational and capital access opportunities. Below are examples of the third-party organizations we support but are not limited to:

Disability In

We have partnered with Gainfront where suppliers can voluntarily (except where prohibited by local law) self-identify as a diverse supplier or upload their diverse certification and register interest in becoming our supplier. Please note this is voluntary and in compliance to local laws and regulations where applicable; a lack of response will not prohibit a supplier from participation in a sourcing event or negatively impact their relationship with Mondelēz International.

Community Linkage

At Mondelēz International, our Purpose is to empower people to snack right. From OREO to CADBURY, our brands have superpowers. They encourage playfulness, inspire acts of generosity and take a stand on issues that matter. In a world that seems to be more divided, we bring people together. Guided by our Purpose and Values, we strive to champion diversity, inclusion, and economic empowerment for our colleagues, culture and communities.
