Economic Inclusion & Supplier Diversity

From sourcing the right ingredients, to innovating the right packaging, Mondelēz International has adopted a shelf-to-field approach that ensures Snacking Made Right. The recipe for success led to the formation of Economic Inclusion and Supplier Diversity (EISD), which is a program that empowers Mondelēz International to procure innovative, high-quality, cost-effective products and services from businesses who are at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by person(s) identified as women and minorities (Defined as the following depending on country guidelines and regulations :Ethnic, Disabled, LGBTQ+, Veteran)
