At Mondelēz International, we’ve officially welcomed Perfect Snacks®, a pioneer in the fast-growing refrigerated nutrition bars segment, into our family of innovative snacks. Indeed, in in June 2019, we acquired a majority interest in Perfect Snacks in the U.S., expanding our leadership position in broader snacking.
Perfect Snacks® was started by the Keith family in 2005. Originally inspired by their dad’s recipe, they created the Perfect Bar® and have since expanded to offer platforms like Perfect Kids™ and Perfect Bites™. These fresh snacks can be found in the refrigerated section of over 27,000 retailers in the United States.
To continue enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit and preserve the authenticity of the brand, we're operating Perfect Snacks® as a separate business while providing resources to expand the brand throughout the United States. This will help Perfect Snacks® deliver the same great fresh-from-the-fridge protein snacks to more families across the nation.
This expansion opens Perfect Snacks® up to a new chapter of growth for the Keith family and brings a variety of delicious snacks to the Mondelēz International snack portfolio.
