1.What are the positive challenges your job presents?
To deliver a high performing manufacturing process by increasing people's capabilities is a challenge weaved into my role.
2.What is the most exciting project that you have worked on?
Leading the Focused Improvement Pillar in the plant, where I could start from the beginning to the end to support the Lean Six Sigma journey and increase the team's capabilities to analyse, prevent and eradicate losses.
3.How have you developed your career during your time with us?
In 2021, I joined Mondelēz International as an intern in Brazil. I worked in Brazil for 7 years within Continuous Improvement and Process Specialist roles in Powdered Beverages, Groceries, Cheese and Chocolate Manufacturing. After that, I moved to the UK to join as a Process Engineer in Chocolate Manufacturing. In the last 2 years I have been working as a Process Engineering Lead, where I lead a team of Process Engineers for one of the sections in Bournville Manufacturing.
4.How would you describe the work culture at Mondelēz International and within your function?
It's very diverse into all levels and a very fast-paced environment, with lots of people that are proud of the products we deliver.
5.What advice would you give someone that is looking to join MDLZ in the Manufacturing function?
The Manufacturing function at MDLZ is an amazing place to work. You can learn and grow every day. It's a very fast-paced environment where you can see the difference you can make on the production lines every day.
