Could you tell us a little more about yourself and your role?

Certainly! I'm Przemysław Kosobudzki, currently working as a Revenue Manager In my role, I'm responsible for planning volumes and revenues, managing pricing initiatives, and contributing to Revenue Growth Management strategies.

Legend has it that your adventure with us started much earlier though. Can you tell us what your beginnings in the organization and your career have been like over the years?

Indeed, my journey with Mondelēz began back in 2011. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work across various departments including Logistics, Trade Marketing, Finance, Channel Activation, and now Revenue Planning and RGM. During my time here, I've had the opportunity to actively participate in Employer Branding events at universities and engage in our corporate sport association. While I was away from the Company, I have gained cross-functional experience in another corporation, but fate brought me back to Mondelēz. This experience was important in shaping me professionally and providing a holistic understanding of the business.

Why did you decide to return to Mondelez after all?

I decided to return due to several factors. Firstly, the people and the work environment here are exceptional; fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration. Secondly, the opportunity to have a real impact on the business, coupled with our strong focus on employee development and the chance to gain experience in different departments, were compelling reasons for me to return.

What advice could you give to young people entering the job market who would like to develop their careers over the years as you have done?

My advice to young professionals entering the job market is to be courageous and ambitious. Despite any fears or uncertainties, embrace new challenges and opportunities. Remember that limitations are often just in our minds, and the ability to learn and adapt is a natural human trait. Seek out diverse experiences, be proactive in seeking learning opportunities, and never stop growing professionally and personally.
