What is your favourite memory from your time at Mondelēz so far?

One of my favourite memories would have to be the 2024 Sydney Commercial Conference. As a market-leading business, everyone takes their work seriously, so it was really special to have the opportunity to come together, reflect on the year, and celebrate our wins as a team. It was a great reminder of the impact we make as a team and the value Mondelēz places on recognising success.

Reflecting on your journey as a graduate at Mondelēz International, what kind of training or development opportunities have you been given during the scheme?

I learn best by doing, and the graduate rotations truly reflect that. Each rotation is a real role with tangible outcomes for the business, which makes the learning feel meaningful and impactful. The program really is a “choose your own adventure” - you get out of it what you put in.

The support from line managers and the wider business has given me the confidence to challenge myself, while dedicated team days focusing on key business fundamentals provide a fun and engaging way to continue developing.

How would you describe the working environment in the Mondelēz office/sites?

The working environment has a genuinely great culture - it’s a place I actually look forward to coming into. I really enjoy working alongside such a talented group of people with different backgrounds and skill sets. The flexible working approach is also a big positive, making it easier to balance work and life.

How did you start your career at Mondelēz International?

I began my career as a Territory Manager in the field in Queensland straight out of university. This role gave me the opportunity to work across multiple channels and build a broad understanding of the field function (the heart) of our business. I applied for the graduate program in 2022 and made the move to Melbourne a few months later, which has been an exciting next step in my career journey.
