Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) Taste The Future

Work with us

At Mondelēz International, we make it our mission to evolve the role snacking plays in consumers’ lives by delivering the right snack, for the right moment, made the right way. We hold the #1 market share globally in biscuits and the #2 market share globally in chocolate, with a growing presence in baked snacks.

The Taste the Future Graduate Program offers a blend of on the job and formal training that will provide a variety of experiences across the business to ready participants for a fulfilling career in their chosen field.

Why join our Taste the Future Program

In Australia and New Zealand, we have 6 factories, and both global and local snacking brands, employing over 2,000 people; Cadbury Dairy Milk, Oreo, Toblerone, Philadelphia, belVita, Pascall, The Natural Confectionery Company, Sour Patch Kids and Ritz.

The Taste the Future Program is designed for graduates ready to transition into the business world. From day one, you’ll be immersed in real life projects, collaborate with new product development, and gain exposure to how a global business operates.

At Mondelēz, we create an environment where curiosity is encouraged, ideas are valued, and people feel supported to grow. Throughout the program, you’ll not only develop technical knowledge but also strengthen the professional skills that make great leaders - communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and the confidence to contribute your ideas. By the end of the program, you’ll have gained meaningful real world experience, built strong relationships across the business, and developed the necessary skills needed to take the next step in your career journey.

As a certified WGEA (Workplace Gender Equality Agency) fostering inclusion and belonging, Mondelēz International is an equal opportunity employer.
