Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer
Stephanie is Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer for Mondelēz International, a global snacking leader evolving the role of snacking with 2023 net revenues of approximately $36 billion driven by iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, LU, Clif Bar and Tate's Bake Shop biscuits and baked snacks, as well as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Milka and Toblerone chocolate. She joined the company in January 2024 and proudly leads the company’s people function worldwide and has responsibility for the development of people and organizational strategies that enable the growth of the company and more than 90,000 global colleagues.
Stephanie has more than 30 years of leadership experience in delivering innovative people solutions, building, and empowering high impact teams, developing leadership and organizational capabilities, and shaping high performance cultures that promote diversity and inclusion.
Prior to joining the company, Stephanie served as Chief People Officer at Bumble Inc., a founder-led, global technology leader in dating and networking apps. Prior to Bumble, she served as Chief People Officer at Dunkin’ Brands and supported the successful sale to Inspire Brands. For 24 years, Stephanie held various senior leadership positions at General Mills, Inc. across all areas of the global business.
Stephanie earned a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
