We asked Abraão Cefas de Oliveira Barbosa to share his experience working with us. Here is what he has to say.

What is exciting about your role?

The daily interaction with different areas of the company in search of the best business solutions is incredible, so together we can deliver the best snacking to our consumers. Engineering always is challenged to bring agile solution, ensuring greater productivity every day. The management of all processes during the project it's really amazing!

What is the most exciting project that you have worked on?

Exactly a project that is in progress this year, which is to increase Oreo capacity.

What do you like about working at MDLZ?

I really like how MDLZ takes care of people, always focusing on personal and professional development, creating an extremely healthy environment to work in the company.

What learning and capabilities programmes do you find most beneficial at MDLZ?

“Learning” in workday is a very interesting platform of MDLZ. On this platform we have access to several courses that are essential to ensure the use of important tools during the project cycle, both from the HSE point of view as well as technical knowledge. We can also find several courses for personal and professional growth.

How would you describe MDLZ as a future forward thinking organization?

always looking for more agile processes, as well as systems that guarantee maximum care for the environment within its operations.

How would you describe the work culture at Mondelēz International and within your function?

That’s awesome. In this way, we were able to better optimize the activities, also guarantee a better quality of life, consequently, greater team engagement

What is your favorite brand?

No doubts! As a good Brazilian, the best brand is BIS (Impossible eat only one!)
