What is your role at Mondelēz, and what are your main responsibilities?

Stavroula: As an HSE Junior Specialist, my role is focused on creating a strong safety culture at the plant. We develop safety standards, provide training, and aim for a zero-accident environment. With our inclusion in Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S), our role has expanded to include continuous improvement in all aspects of the factory's development.

Spiros: As Infrastructure & Utilities Lead Engineer, I ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of the utility systems supporting production.
