Reflecting on your journey as a graduate at Mondelēz International, what kind of training or development opportunities have you been given during the scheme?

The graduate program provides an incredible opportunity to learn through doing. By working closely with and being embedded within the extremely talented team at Mondelēz, you are able to contribute to real results and make an impact while developing key skills that are critical across the various Sales functions. While doing so, you are also able to get a taste of a number of functions, and ultimately start to find where your career passions may lie.

How did you start your career at Mondelēz International?

I started my career at Mondelēz with the Field Team in Adelaide as a Casual Merchandiser before moving into a Territory Manager role prior to the Graduate Program. This gave me incredible insight into how plans come to life and are executed in store, which provided me a great foundation to grow through the Graduate Program.

What advice do you have for someone considering an opportunity with Mondelēz?

Jump in with both feet! There is no better place to learn while working with talented people, the best brands and a culture that challenges you to keep learning to strive to be the best version of yourself.

How would you describe the working environment in the Mondelēz office/sites?

Mondelēz is an extremely fast-paced environment high-paced that always challenges you to think differently. With an extremely collaborative and supportive culture, you are always able to learn from the teams around you and have plenty of fun along the way!
