Claudio Parrotta is Executive Vice President and Global Chief Supply Chain Officer of Mondelēz International, a global snacking leader with 2024 net revenues of approximately $36.4 billion driven by iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, LU, Clif Bar and Tate's Bake Shop biscuits and baked snacks, as well as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Milka, Toblerone and Lacta chocolate. In this role, Claudio leads Mondelēz’s end-to-end global supply chain, spanning 130+ manufacturing plants, 320 warehouses, and more than 60,000 employees worldwide.

A seasoned global executive with over 30 years of industry experience, Claudio is a strong advocate of high-performance organizations, servant leadership, and Mondelēz’s growth-mindset culture. He is widely recognized for building and developing teams that strive to be best-in-class, delivering sustainable high-performance results and enabling supply chain to be a business competitive advantage.

Claudio began his career in a Suchard chocolate plant in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has since held roles of increasing responsibility across Latin America, North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Throughout his career, he has built a proven track record in transforming complex supply chain operations, developing high-caliber talent and delivering world-class results at scale.

Most recently, as SVP Supply Chain North America, Claudio led a significant turnaround transformation, driving step-change improvements across safety, quality, service, and productivity, elevating performance to industry-leading standards. In parallel, he spearheaded the development of the North America Supply Chain Master Plan 2030, positioning the region on a clear and sustainable path toward long-term excellence.

Claudio holds an academic background in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing from the University of Buenos Aires and the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. A native of Buenos Aires, he is a dual U.S. and Argentinian citizen, fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Outside of Mondelēz, Claudio enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with his family and their dog, Udi. His favorite Mondelēz brand is Milka.
