Procurement at Mondelēz International is more than buying. It is an integral part of our business strategy. Our procurement process starts with understanding, even predicting, what our business needs and preparing to meet demand. We then have to set quality standards, build winning relationships with suppliers so they keep us up to date with innovations in their area, receive goods and services, and approve payments. Markets for the commodities we need – such as cocoa, coffee and sugar – are volatile, so we have to manage risks and control the impact of fluctuating prices.

Our Warsaw Offices
Our Warsaw hub is located in Trinity Park III building, Domaniewska Street. It is a very comfortable and well organized space, and is enjoyed by around 350 colleagues. We’re very proud that we continue to modernize our Mondelēz International Warsaw office - creating creative spaces to inspire our colleagues!
There are good transport links to the office with both bus and train routes close by.
There is also somewhere to leave your bike at the front of the building if you choose to cycle to work.

I was first attracted to Mondelēz International because of the great opportunities to learn and to work with international teams.
