1. What are the positive challenges your job presents?

It offers me a chance to make a difference, both in the short- and long-term. I'm able to work with brilliant cross-functional teams on everything from bringing a new product to life; building and executing a longer-term portfolio strategy; to firefighting any live challenges or opportunities in the market.

2. What is the most exciting project that you have worked on?

One of the most exciting projects I have worked on was building a longer-term strategy for our Easter business it was an amazing opportunity to build plans that are fit for the future, with a team of experts. Aside from this, outside of my day job, I am working on an amazing initiative with our GENDA network to deliver a live business competition to students from diverse backgrounds with our agency partner, Densu, where the successful students win some amazing work experience. This programme is designed to help us drive young talent from diverse backgrounds into the industry.

3.How have you developed your career during your time with us?

I've been with Mondelēz International for over 6 years and have grown exponentially since. I have always received the support of some incredible managers along the way. I have grown in confidence and been lucky to work in a range of brilliant roles that have been very diverse!

4.Can you give us an example of how you stepped outside your comfort-zone in this role?

I have made multiple cross-functional & cross-category moves in my 6 years at MDLZ. This has offered me huge opportunities to grow, and to understand the wider business and how it operates.

5.What is your biggest learning experience since working with us?

My biggest learning has probably been the value of staying curious and being solutions focused. The manager I had during my final year of the graduate scheme has supported me to grow strong self-belief which has helped me approach challenges ever since.

6.How would you describe the work culture at Mondelēz International and within your function?

The culture here is fun, challenging and people-centric.

7.What advice would you give someone that is looking to join MDLZ in the Sales function?

I would say – go for it!
