We asked Mayara Silva Oliveria a few questions on what its like to work with us. Here is what she has to say.

What is exciting about your role?

Being able to be immersed in the projects and actions of our brands.

What is the most exciting project that you have worked on?

Design and create Mondelovers - our influencer program.

What do you like about working at MDLZ?

The possibility of working in a multinational that sees people and being able to move through several strategic areas.

How would you describe the work culture at Mondelēz International and within your function?

MDLZ has a very human internal culture, which is concerned not only with the professional, but also with the person who is performing the tasks in the company.

Lacta & Oreo

What is your view on diversity at MDLZ?

We have a long work ahead to have, in fact, our society mirrored within the MDLZ, in the most diverse areas. But we are already on the way, we have defined goals and a strategic view of the entire leadership for this agenda that is so important
