We asked Lívia Scandura de Seabra about her experience working with us. Here is what she has to say:

What is exciting about your role?

Being able to lead an entire area with several challenges in Distributors and Wholesales. Lead to win. This is what motivates me everyday.

What is the most exciting project that you have worked on?

I'm leading the "Future Commercial" project at MDLZ. This project consists of thinking about the new role of all commercial layers, bringing greater protagonism to everyone in sales.

What do you like about working at MDLZ?

The freedom to be who I am, the passion for brands and the certainty that we are on a winning path!

What learning and capabilities programmes do you find most beneficial at MDLZ?

I have participated in some inspiring trainings and programs: "Digital Commerce Makers Academy", "inclusive leadership", "Powerful conversations", "Inspiring people manager", "Skilled Negotiator".

How would you describe MDLZ as a future forward thinking organization?

A company that invests in people, that has well-defined strategies and that has boldness in its DNA, can only be a company that looks to the future.

How would you describe the work culture at Mondelēz International and within your function?

The work culture at MDLZ is an inclusive culture, which bets on people and has very clear, well-defined and winning strategies. This is directly linked to my function: I have a diverse team that is constantly improving and ready to win in a winning company.

What is your favorite brand?

Ouro Branco!!!!

What is your view on diversity at MDLZ?

It is the company that invests the most in diversity that I have ever worked for. I feel very proud!!!
