 We asked Fabiana Sofia Simonak Torres de Carvalho about her experience working with us. Here is what she has to say:

What is exciting about your role?

Help plan and launch MDLZ’s important projects

What is the most exciting project that have ever worked?

All projects are interesting and challenging. I learn every day, on-the-job, by each task or question that comes to me.

What do you like about working at MDLZ?

What I like the most is that people who work at MDLZ really reflect the Company's values and bring them to our day-by-day.

What learning and capabilities programmes do you find most beneficial at MDLZ?

MDLZ is very considerate about learning programmes. There are lots of thorough guidebooks at the Company's platform. Besides, people at my team and other coworkers help me a lot with tips and orientations about work in general.

How would you describe MDLZ as a future forward thinking organization?

MDLZ is a forward-looking company because it is concerned with issues that are reflecting to future such as innovation, environment preservation, social inclusion of minorities and healthy work environment.

How would you describe the work culture at Mondelēz International and within your function?

The culture within my coworkers is very collaborative and respectful.

What is your view on diversity at MDLZ?

MDLZ is very concerned about diversity. We have a serious inclusive selection process, and the Company makes sure to implement measures to make minority groups feel included.
