How long have you been here now and what’s your memorable experience so far?
I joined Mondelēz International just a few months ago, but from day one, I felt like I truly belonged here. Without a doubt, the most memorable experience has been the onboarding process – I think the best one I’ve ever been through. It was structured, supportive, and genuinely thoughtful. What impressed me the most was how open and helpful everyone was – whether it was a quick question or a bigger challenge, there was always someone ready to support.
For me, it was essential to join a company where a culture of kindness and collaboration is not just a paper value, but something you feel every day.
As a recruiter, what are the common challenges you encounter in your role? And likewise, what makes it fun and fulfilling?
One of the main challenges is working across a wide variety of roles, including areas that were completely new for me. But that’s also what makes the role so fulfilling – each day brings something new to meet. It’s a dynamic environment that constantly encourages growth, and the opportunity to connect with so many amazing individuals makes it incredibly rewarding.

What’s one thing about being a recruiter that no one knows about? Any fun facts or stories you can share?
I think people sometimes don’t realise how much genuine joy recruiters find in meeting new people. For many of us, every conversation is a chance to hear a unique story and connect on a human level. It’s this part of the job – listening, engaging, and discovering – that makes it so satisfying.
People always say recruiters are at the heart of the business as they bring new talent to the organization. How true is this for you and Mondelēz International?
