Job Description

Take the lead in SEA and MENAP markets in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. 

The Sourcing Manager will lead in:

  • Supporting the deployment of global sourcing strategies and deployment at local level

  • Development and deployment of sourcing strategies for local spend 

  • Be on top of ongoing management of supplier relationships delivering on best in class agency relationship

  • Manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage

  • Completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities

And define opportunities in delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey


  • 'At least 8-10 years of Media procurement or Media (Planning & Buying) experience, or Marketing & Sales procurement experience

  • Have experience in managing a marketing & sales spend category or and cross market sourcing in a Multinational Company 

  • Business and financials and an understanding of how procurement brings financial value to the overall profit and loss

  • Good Strategic sourcing, negotiation, contracting and risk management 

  • With good communication skills and is able to lead discussions with  stakeholders

  • Strong data analytical and problem solving skills

Leadership Competencies : Dealing with Ambiguity, Planning, Organizational Agility, Business Acumen, Problem Solving.

Functional Competencies :

  • Media or M&S Category expertise

  • Sourcing strategy development, negotiation and contract management

  • Agency and Vendor Competency and Relationship Management

  • Communication Skills
