Key Accountabilities

The main objective of this role will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities are without interruption, without any facilities shortages and/or any issues. You will achieve 100% compliance to statutory and Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards. You will be responsible for the management and maintenance of sites electrical facilities, buildings and equipment(s)

•Lead and be responsible for compliance with the Mondelez process safety Standard, Arc Flash and UK standard.

  Update procedure in accordance to legislation changes,

•Become the main SAP Electrical for all sub-substations on site, with active assistance when required,

•Main site liaison and control for UK&I Authorising Engineer and external power provider

•Lead training and appointing process for all HV/LV SAPs and APs as well as ensuring Competence of all Electrically Biased Employees and Contractors for HV

  and LV,

•Supports all UK and I Sites in key appointments SAP for HV and LV,

•Lead and ensure compliance & effective maintenance program for HV Electrical Systems, LV Electrical Systems, Electrical Distribution, FAT, PAT, Sites Earthing

  systems, Emergency lighting,

•Manage Substation Access system, Electrical Permits to work, EDOR Book, substation equipment PPE, Test equipment, Safety System, Isolations & logbooks,

  Mimic and Electrical Drawings on site..

•Senior Electrical engineer on site, ensuring all projects are compliant to legislation and Mondelez standards

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will have and the following experience and knowledge:

•A qualified Electrical Engineer, minimum NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds ONC qualification  or equivalent in electrical engineering.

•Experience as electrical duty holder, and in contractor management and industrial maintenance,

•A solid understanding and demonstrated practical application of problem solving techniques coupled with strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to peers, operations and Engineering management.

•Able to facilitate team continuous improvement

•Able to train others effectively and assess competent performance

•A passion for excellence and the tenacity to deliver in challenging environment
