You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you support
  • Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested 
  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

What you need to know about this position:

Contraloría del CeVe que sea su responsabilidad.

Asegurar el ingreso por la venta del día de cada ruta, y la cobranza de clientes con crédito.

Control de activos: inventario de producto terminado, vehículos, dispositivos e impresoras, instalaciones del almacén.

Gestionar y ejercer el presupuesto de gastos operativos

Asegurar la rentabilidad del CeVe y de cada ruta de venta

Esta posición es la encargada de dar soporte a Ventas y vinculación con áreas centrales: Crédito y Cobranza, Legal, Patrimonial, People Team, Sistemas, entre otras.

Debe ser una persona con disciplina, orden, seguimiento y liderazgo. Con buena comunicación, empoderamiento de los equipos y toma de decisiones. Abierto a la mejora continua. Proactivo, con iniciativa propia. Ágil. Autodirigible.

Education / Certifications:

Licenciatura económico-administrativas
