Mondelez in the SEA region is a growth engine of Mondelez global, responsible for the Categories of Chocolate, Biscuits , Gum,  Candy, Beverages and Meals. 

The SEA eCommerce & Digital Lead is responsible for partnering with the VP Marketing SEA and MD’s of countries to drive the eCommerce business and also the Digital and Consumer 360 Growth agenda.

He/ She needs to create and implement future-proof strategies, processes, activations, calendar and justify & secure investments to drive profitable accelerated growth of the eCommerce business and the Digital Marketing practice.

The incumbent needs to be a hi-potential candidate who shows the promise to further lead either eCommerce Media, Sales or Marketing In SEA or another BU. The incumbent will need to show strong influencing skills and leadership, collaboration with other functions & marketing peers  an ability to set the agenda and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

Growth

  • Own and champion eCommerce strategy, P&L, and investment plan and delivery . Also FPD and E CRM.
  • In partnership with the BU/Country Sales/Marketing Leads, align GM/BU leadership on eCommerce roles, resources & KPIs
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders on collective KPI ownership and performance
  • Act as the voice of eCommerce and FPD/ eCRM , enabling conversations and education within BUs/Markets
  • • Make data driven decisions that drive growth and optimizations in the eCommerce channel and for our Digital Marketing Practice

Building Marketing Talent in Chocolates team and across SEA

  • Lead and support development of ‘marketing talent’ by building competencies across marketing and CPA teams on eCommerce and FPD/ ECRM
  • Support the adoption of cross category marketing development and core marketing skills

Requirements

What extra ingredients you should bring:

  • Minimum University Degree.

  • 10 + years of experience in marketing management position.

  • Strong commercial acumen & P&L ownership experience

  • Entrepreneurial with a growth mindset

  • A recognized collaborator and credible influencer cross-functionally

  • Data & insights driven with a deep understanding of consumer and shopper

  • Curious learner & educator – including driving new approaches to test & learn

  • Strong advocate of growth through delivering results

No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
