You assist in planning, developing and execution of capital projects, technical development, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in the supply chain and capital-expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest level of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You help ensure sure that Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and Mondelēz standards in execution are followed.

How you will contribute

The role supports capital project execution, and you will be accountable for the quality of the results and execution of capital projects using Mondelēz standards, and business and innovation processes in project management. You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided and develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow. You will also help ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are properly implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices.

Engineering / Industrial operations
Project management, assuring that projects are delivered on time, and within specification and budget
Working effectively with cross-functional, multi-national teams, safeguarding that project execution meets Mondelēz standards.

You are expected to be a part of the Project Management Office, responsible for engineering projects in Lamia and Larissa plants.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical engineering or Electrical engineering or Chemical engineering or Production engineering
Up to 2 years of work experience in project management (industrial project management would be preferred)
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and AutoCad will be considered a plus
Ability to work independently and drive results

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Communicative level of Greek is required
Written and spoken English to a professional business level is a must
Availability to participate in engineering projects within Mondelēz International footprint if the need arises.

Location: The position is based in Lamia.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
