Purpose Role
This role will support the delivery of Mondelēz International’s sales growth ambition across e-commerce channels. The primary purpose of this position is to work together with local market teams to introduce and develop a solid relationship with existing and new Ecommerce Customers in the e-retailing, Marketplaces, Last Mile players, grocery aggregators and pure players environment including eCommerce B2B developments. The role will be responsible for supporting the creation of collaborative and growth-oriented JBPs, identifying and applying the most adequate actions based on the e-retailer maturity and level of relationship. The growth actions will consist in FlyWheeel and Perfect Online Store execution aligned with the development and execution of marketing solutions. Part of the specialist focus is to ensure planning and execution of activities within the retailer as well as online activations to attract traffic, increase shopper conversion, impulse purchase and bring our products out of its virtual aisle. E-commerce goals will be aligned with overall business goals and marketing / communication strategies of each category and market.

Main Responsabilities
- Development Mondelēz ecommerce path and achievement of goals aligned with user solutions (customers and clients). Working with eB2B e-retailers by increasing visitors and new consumers, improving conversion rates, get on the shopping list of consumers, capturing larger average order sizes and managing margin performance.
- Identify opportunities in eB2B to increase Mondelez digital media presence to increase shop and conversion.
- eB2B eCommerce specialist will ensure the proper activations in the form of promotions and digital marketing activities, developing the flywheel aligned with strategies involving perfect online store and price strategy suggestions.
- Monitor on-site updates to ensure timely setting, working with content and media agents to customize digital brand presence with the main customers’ needs.
- Drive the execution of e-commerce (eB2B) to achieve sales growth and profit objectives, including own eB2B Site and allies' sites with promotional and marketing effectiveness.
- Manage main ecommerce activities with marketing, catplan and sales teams to organize an omnichannel calendar to increase opportunities into the physical and digital world.
- Coordinate and track sample and demo brand activities direct to the clients, ensuring that opportunity is maximized in terms of sales and brand metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to give an overview of the business, including execution of activities, sales and margin against budget, key changes in strategy and an assessment of the competitive landscape.
- eContent: eContent and portfolio management aligned with Flywheel and Online Store principles to develop advanced catalog for the country. Briefing agencies to produce activation assets such as product content, banners, brandrooms, microsites etc.
- Administrative tasks: Supplier creation, POs and GR tracking and generation, tracking of investment in order to report phasing A&C. Alignment, legalization of investment. Montlhy closures (Underspend - Overspend) A&C.
- Reports: Weekly Execution, pricing and competition report. Sell out Report and Monthly scorecard.
- Search strategy development with ecommerce team and ecommerce manager for each e-tailer.
Marketing-related responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of online marketing related to e-commerce through strong collaboration with brands marketing teams.
- Connect the Monitoring of brand social media accounts to ensure that site product merchandising is aligned with social messaging and pushing the trade activities with key customers driving new audiences and conversion strategies.
- Assess shopper and retailer information and convert data into insights. Develop powerful activation briefs for the agency partners that will drive higher conversion for key brand growth platforms and deliver value to the customer.
- Develop the execution of “basics” for optimal product view ability and engagement (digital assets / videos / reviews) leveraging global actions / best practices.
- Manage cross functional relationships with local sales markets teams and coordinate efforts with marketing, finance, procurement, supply chain and other internal teams to achieve key customer goals.
- Develop and leverage best practices for the on-boarding of new e-retailers and product launch planning and execution.
- Partner with technology partners to create business cases and storytelling to aid organizational adoption of e-commerce.
- Brief and unleash agency partners, accountable for all e-commerce related digital actions and e-retailer specific program execution.
More about this role
Carrer Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in E-Commerce and working on the development and execution of marketing / content strategy and execution for promoting goods
- Experience with retail E-Commerce companies such as Uber, Cornershop, Rappi, B2W, CNova, Walmart.com, Amazon.com, etc. is a plus.
- Experience in Traditional Trade Channel.
- Advanced English level.
- Experience working with cross-functional groups (e.g., IT, Sales, Marketing Communications, Channel Marketing)
- A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in large organizations – matrix organization in a global environment
- Desirable previous Mondelez Intl business knowledge and interaction with Marketing, NRP & Sales
