Job Description

You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Prepares inputs into the planning/forecasting process across the entire supply chain (Procurement, Manufacturing and CS&L), and 3 category controlling teams, ensuring alignment with overall planning process
- Supports EE BU Finance Product Cost manager in all related Product Cost activities
- Enforces harmonized / standardized processes, ways of working across product costing organization
- Performs timely and accurate key tasks
- Ensures all planning elements are properly built in Fit including overall list of overlays to be uploaded in financial system (FiT) and that cost bridges match financials as per Fit P&L + EVA
- Supports analysis and commentary of monthly actual results and variances to plan on overall COGS base
- Follows-up on any detailed product cost by SKU across categories, understands all cost components, including interaction with various departments involved in product costing process
- Understands allocation cost modules / material ledger
- Participates in COGS projects impacting EE BU
- Knows the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; acts ethically and model compliant behaviour; maintains an environment where employees can speak up without fear of retaliation
What you will bring

University degree or equivalent, preferable in finance
Good knowledge of product costing methodology in SAP
Part / Fully qualified CIMA or ACCA
Strategic agility
Managing vision & purpose
Comprehensive understanding of product costing in a manufacturing environment.
Well organised with good analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
Ability to work with different systems (SAP, BI, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Team player.
Proven track record of self-management and time management. Proven drive for results.
Ability to handle fast paced changing environment.

5+ years of functional experience in costing, accounting and financial or business controlling. Ideally in an international environment.
