You manage the in-house operations in the Mondelēz International Business Services Center to ensure impeccable service delivery that satisfies service level agreements and meets productivity and efficiency targets, emphasizing timely, accurate and complete transaction handling and excellent customer care.
How you will contribute
You will manage the employee services community in the service center and onshore in countries and manage the relationships between delivery teams and internal customers. To excel in this role, you will report on service-center performance and lead reviews with the functional leadership team and key stakeholders. In addition, you will contribute to global service management agenda and integrate our global scale using simplified and standardized processes and technologies. As part of this job, you will oversee the employee services center’s annual budget; handle local change requests and follow the global employee services governance framework to keep local documentation updated and compliant; manage suppliers delivering services for the processes; and identify service improvements to continuously improve the quality of the service provided. As a people leader, you will training employees and lead, coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports to deliver the employee services agenda.

What you need to know about this position:
As the organization in Latin America and the Rewards team are based in different countries, the incumbent of this position must be able to understand the local needs and environment but also has to understand regional aspirations.
Rewards is mainly responsible for recommendation and implementation and has straight relationship with MBS team in order to propose and go ahead with several definitions.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Education / Certifications:
• Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
• Knowledge of all HR strategies and functions such as C&B, Labor Relations, Payroll processes and others
Job specific requirements:
- Strong business experience gained 10 years in a multinational company as HR management position.
- Negotiation of labor agreements with union representatives
- Influencing the organization in a change management environment
- Direct strategies and define actions in a matrixed and multi-cultural organization

Mondelēz Southern Cone represents Mondelez International operations in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. We produce over 40 iconic and delicious brands with more than 400 products including Milka, Oreo, Cadbury and Tang, and local jewels like Mantecol, Cerealitas, Terrabusi and Clight, among others. More than 3,300 wonderful people proudly work make our delicious snacks at three production plants in Argentina: the Pacheco Plant in Buenos Aires Province, the Victoria Plant (also in Buenos Aires Province), and Villa Mercedes Plant in Villa Mercedes Province.
