You support key account teams on a wide variety of activities to meet our strategic growth plan.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
  • Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
  • Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.

El analista de demanda Exito es responsable de garantizar el máximo de venta posible y minimizar la perdida de volumen a través del mantenimiento, ejecución y seguimiento al forecast de colaboración con el grupo Éxito.

Dentro de sus actividades se encuentra en mantenimiento de los parámetros de la herramienta de abastecimiento del Grupo Éxito (Rotar); la elaboración de reportes de seguimiento; análisis de información (ventas e inventarios) y elaboración de propuestas de mejora; colocación de ordenes en las diferentes frecuencias del cliente; apoyo y direccionamiento a equipos de campo para ajustes y mejoras en puntos de venta en interacción con category; trabajo de campo en busca de oportunidades y mejoras; distribución y seguimiento al embarque de ofertas durante el proceso de aniversarios y eventos corporativos del cliente; apoyo a la resolución de temas de cartera. 

Educación/ Titulaciones:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de empresas o carreras relacionadas deseable

Requisitos específicos del puesto:

  • Mínimo 2 a 3 años de experiencia profesional en áreas comerciales/administrativas en empresas de consumo masivo o retail.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en Office (Excel, PowerPoint y Word), Centro Electrónico de Negocios Carvajal (Opcional) y SAP (Opcional).
  • Inglés Intermedio
