Taste The Future Southeast Asia Management Program is an accelerated 12-month career development program in Mondelēz International. It is designed to give Management Trainees cross-functional business exposure and hands-on experiential learning & development. Each rotation will challenge limits and potential, as the trainees dive into learning the secrets of our business with an assigned Buddy, while collaborating with a diverse regional team.

Who Are We Looking For?

Fresh graduates from either a Bachelors' or Masters' Program (must be a graduate on or before July 2023)
Excellent academic standing
Strong leadership experience in extra co-curricular activities & projects
High drive for results
High level of agility and independence
Openness to coaching
Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in other local dialects is a plus
Must be willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the country during and after the program
