That means you will ensure that facilities provided are well maintained, regulation/procedure are in place and implemented, hazards/aspects assessments are conducted, the accident both caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced and energy and waste are driven down.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be responsible for coordinating the fleet of commercial organization through leasing companies

  • Follow policies, applicable laws, and regulations to provide a compliant, comprehensive and user focused service for the Greek Organization

  • Maintain records of vehicles, location and drivers

  • Review, code, and facilitate payment of monthly vehicle invoices

  • Forecast vehicle requirements and place orders as required in compliance with the vehicle policy

  • Renew vehicle insurance cards and coordinate renewal of specific vehicles and fleet

  • Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes

  • Follow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysis

  • Maintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrence

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • Experience in Car fleet Coordination

  • Experience in Environmental Health and Safety will be considered a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels

  • English knowledge and technology savvy are a must

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz  Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
