This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a steppingstone role in our FMCG business with growth potential. Reporting to the Sales Revenue Planner, the Category Planning Executive will ensure the delivery of the financial metrics of the category through ownership of the activation standards and delivery of category plans. You will also play a pivotal role in project managing some of our biggest launches. This includes early presentations to our Key Account and Field Teams, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, coordinating Point of Sale solutions, right through to tracking, review, and providing recommendations for future activity.

What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Field sales, category, or account executive experience, within a fast-paced environment, ideally FMCG (2 years+)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in using Nielsen / IRI is an advantage
- Agile mindset and problem solving
- Negotiating and influencing skills (internal and external stakeholders)
This, coupled with a drive for results and the ability to lead through times of ambiguity, will see you succeed!
