Job Description

The role is designated to Lead Infrastructure Projects with major Civil & Utilities scope including but not limited to Brown Field & Green Field projects extention. Main focus of the role is to lead project scoping, development and end-to-end execution in defined place of the major business agenda across all manufacturing plants in the MEU Region (Mondelez Europe).

Project organizational structure depending on the size of the project, may include civil engineer, utilities engineer, energy engineer and PMO (project management organization). Any project should be perfomed in accordance with Mondelez Internation People Safety, Food Safety, Process Safety, EU&local authority regulations and Mondelez Project Management Princeples laid down in IIM (Innovation Initiatives Management) methodology.

Primary stakeholders for this position will be the MEU Regional Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Plant/Cluster stakeholders, Business Development, HR, Safety and Quality.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Understaning food manufacturing princeples preferable. Expirience of the projects execution with civil & utilities scope is mandatory
Ability for quick leanning, inetrpersonal cooperation, ability of adaptation in international/multicultural environment and soft skills
Fluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCad, project management software. Ewarnes with data bases functionality (e.g. SAP)

Education / Certifications:

University Degree or equivalent further education qualification in relevant discipline: Engineering / Civil / Archictectural / Mechanical engineering degree

Job specific requirements:

3+ years of Project Management experience is required. Experience in major projects with Civil & Utilities scope. Experience in at least one GF/BF Project

Travel requirements:

Geografical flexibility across EU Region including UK and Ireland

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
