You work in Mondelēz International Business Services to lead in the development of tools, frameworks and skills that ensure the effective delivery of the experience strategy for a specific process area (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.). You also work with other service operations employees to ensure they are using processes and tools to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
How you will contribute
As a subject matter expert (SME) for processes in your area, you will provide input to capability-building materials and toolkits to ensure adherence to defined processes and to identify opportunities for the development of standard tools, automation, digitization and application for processes in line with group priorities and strategy. In addition, you will monitor key performance indicators to ensure they are aligned to strategic objectives and provide feedback to develop global capability. In this role, you will also audit and manage change controls and keep track of issues and actions to ensure they are addressed on a timely basis. Working with other teams, you will manage issue escalations. As an SME, you not only understand, but keep abreast of industry-wide best practices in your area.

What you need to know about this position:
As the Regional Performance Mgmt/ Data Quality Lead, this position has responsibility for:
- Regional deployment of global and regional Performance Mgmt and Data quality processes
- Building a data quality culture, and elevating data quality knowledge in the region to enable the digital transformation agenda
This position is responsible to partner with the DMS Region lead and stakeholders to:
- Establish effective performance metrics
- Lead Data Quality initiatives
- Build key stakeholder relationships
- Leverage technologies to drive performance
- Data quality improvements for the region
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Leverage tools, reports and dashboards to monitor monthly performance management and data quality results and metrics
- Communicate performance mgmt. and data quality metrics to regional and business stakeholders, demonstrate business value and drive improvement
- Evaluate and analyse performance mgmt. and data quality metrics/reports to determine root cause, identify potential business impact and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with Region Domain Leads, Cluster leads and other stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and drive data quality improvements for the region.
- Establish strong working relationships with functional stakeholders to establish alignment of roles and responsibilities for data quality in each function
- Proactively lead monthly meetings with region and stakeholder leaders to understand business needs, prioritize opportunities and propose metrics/ key value indicators (KVIs)
- Manage development of data quality reports, dashboards and tools to support business stakeholder needs, project implementations and compliance requirements
- Provide education and training on performance mgmt. and data quality reports, dashboards and technologies to regional Cluster leads and business stakeholders
- Support global end to end (E2E) data quality initiatives by interacting with global and regional SMEs to propose E2E metrics, identify best practices and drive business value
- Provide direction and support to region Project leaders to ensure data quality is maintained and governed throughout project lifecycle
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and above
- 5+ years experience in Data Quality or Data Management related role
Job specific requirements:
- Exceptional data analytical skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools/ dashboards (Power BI, Tableau)
- Working knowledge of industry data quality tools (e.g., SAP Information Steward, Talend, Informatica)
- Business and process knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English in speech and writing
- Strong presentation skills
- Leading/influencing without direct authority
- Ability to work independently but also be a strong team player
- Driving the improvement of DMS performance through effective Data Quality services while having no direct reports (i.e., must leverage indirect authority)
- Regional DMS teams that have multiple business priorities.
- Prioritization and determining need for escalation and corrective actions.
- Prioritization of Data Quality and Performance management Reporting development
- Usage of Data Quality related technologies to support business needs
