How you will contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION – GÖREV TANIMI

People Experience Advisor, Turkey

  • Key point of contact to employee and managers for HR related queries (via various intake channels such as phone and chat), self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process support requiring face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentation
  • Works as part of the PE team and is accountable for having deep functional and domain knowledge, enabling the advisor to provide high-touch support for key moments that matter throughout the employee life cycle
  • Accountable for completing relevant research to support employee query resolution
  • Escalates business specific queries to the country People Experience Team Lead and functional queries to the relevant functional teams
  • Responsible for executing data changes or system transactions where self-service isn't viable in accordance with SOP
  • Responsible for document management and archiving of employee documents into the personal file
  • Responsible for delivery of the following services:
  • ongoing onboarding
  • local learning delivery (including Leading Org and E&T pillars as a part of IL6S plant journey)
  • local query resolution
  • time & attendance (input control for payroll)
  • Responsible for collaborating with MSC HRBL to understand and implement Labor Relations strategy for the plant: communication, update of CLA, communication with Union representatives, managing strategy
  • Supports BU & MSC HR BL and people managers with Employee Relations issues and cases
  • Proactively works with my Reward team on continuous improvement of Reward&Recognition systems for the plant
  • Works with Plant Director and MSC EE HRBL on plant org structure and staffing in line with budget and Factory of the Future concept, people cost planning and control
  • Coordination of ongoing HR initiatives and HR projects at the plant and BU
  • Reporting on plant and BU HR KPIs (absenteeism, overtimes, HC, vacation balance, etc.)
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the plant; work as part of the PE team, providing business intimacy and supporting with delivery of local HR services
  • Possesses a strong working knowledge of enabling technologies, systems (e.g. Workday) and processes in order to ensure high quality service delivery
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date working knowledge of local labor law and understanding local market requirements and legal regulations to appropriately apply to related policies and initiatives
  • Responsible for executing processes in line with policies and standard operating procedures
  • Responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR services
     

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz  Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
