You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

    Education / Certifications:

    • Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in related field

    Job specific requirements:

    • Increase sales volume and Mondelēz shared objectives by brand and category for designated accounts within your territory
    • Secure retailer support for promotional programs
    • Ensure superior execution of core program fundamentals such as: distribution, pricing, merchandising, Point of Purchase (POP) material
    • Ensure prominent product placement and visibility, and maintain agreed store Plan-O-Grams with the correct product listings and facings
    • Install Point of Sales (POS) materials where applicable to promote the sale of Mondelēz  Products
    • Execute the weekly priorities as outlined by the Customer Business Team to achieve desired business growth targets
    • Achieve store standards and procedures in accordance to Perfect Store Principles
    • Maintaining store shelf standards; inventory, rotation, checking date codes and ensuring plan-o-gram integrity, pricing and pos
    • Displaying merchandise properly
    • Execute layout changes and various merchandising tasks
    • Assemble/set-up store fixtures and displays efficiently and accurately by following Plan-O-Grams          
    • Adhere to Journey Plans to ensure territory call frequencies are achieved
    • Able to lift boxes up to 40 pounds, bend, lift and stand for long durations
    • Complete all reporting requirements while ensuring observations and issues are captured and communicated to Customer Business team and Field Sales Manager

    Travel requirements:

    • Travel within territory a minimum 90% of the work week
    • Company vehicle eligible contingent upon proper background/driving record check.

    Work schedule:

    • Monday - Friday Standard business hours
