In this role, you are the single point of contact for local leaders in a specific geographic or plant location. You manage the interactions between business stakeholders and sourcing teams and collaborate across the manufacturing, supply chain and the commercial business. You also manage the local implementation of regional and/or global projects.

How you will contribute

You will execute the daily procurement agenda by acting as the single point of contact for the procurement function at a site, in a country or country cluster, and will oversee the daily interaction with plants, supply chain, commercial teams, quality assurance, sourcing teams and suppliers. You will also deliver service-level targets by ensuring material availability, escalating when needed, and support business continuity planning implementation, activating when needed, support the execution of sourcing projects and execute sourcing/spot-buying or contracting activities as agreed with the accountable spend areas, and own the source-to-pay process compliance key indicators and take corrective action when necessary.

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

  • Facilitate appropriate input from Project Change mangers PCMs to progress current project and updates overall performance risks and opportunists for overall productivity projects.
  • Define and agree milestones and KPI’s for project work stream in line with program goals.
  • Setup a robust Performance follow up system
  • Work across all tools and systems to update / get needed monthly data
  • Conduct the productivity analysis on monthly basis needed for business reviews.
  • Manage/lead the monthly Packaging External Manufacturing  governance call.
  • Complete the project tracker to be discussed in Packaging External Manufacturing  governance call.
  • Conduct monthly Inventory level calls with plants to monitor raw and pack inventory vs targets.
  • Process timely reports from system to monitor performance , Do analysis for any other business KPIs needed.
  • Send On Time In Full (OTIF) results for plants on monthly basis.
  • Support in Cash management cycle through reviewing and updating suppliers payment terms.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
