Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities, without interruption, without any facilities shortages and/or any issues thereof. You will achieve highest compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards. 

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Lead a small team of technicians within maintaining production equipment on the production lines.
  • Report findings to Technical Lead Supervisor and Asset Reliability manager and follow up on repairs which are required.
  • Ensure work safety and work environment is following local and company’s norms and guidelines.
  • Manage corrective and preventive tasks execution including development of the preventive maintenance program.
  • Implement analytical tools within the maintenance program.
  • Build technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, so that they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves.
  • Spend at least 50% of the time on the floor, coaching and training technicians and helping them in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and building preventive measure to avoid repeated.
  • Eradicate chronical losses and equipment weaknesses. 
  • Provide technical and methodological coaching to core team.

What you will bring

  • Fluent or intermediate knowledge of English & Slovak language
  • Operational & manufacturing experience at maintenance department.
  • Knowledge of SAP (at least as a user).
  • Good communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz  Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
