Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities, without interruption, without any facilities shortages and/or any issues thereof. You will achieve highest compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.

How you will contribute

You will:

Lead a small team of technicians within maintaining production equipment on the production lines.
Report findings to Technical Lead Supervisor and Asset Reliability manager and follow up on repairs which are required.
Ensure work safety and work environment is following local and company’s norms and guidelines.
Manage corrective and preventive tasks execution including development of the preventive maintenance program.
Implement analytical tools within the maintenance program.
Build technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, so that they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves.
Spend at least 50% of the time on the floor, coaching and training technicians and helping them in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and building preventive measure to avoid repeated.
Eradicate chronical losses and equipment weaknesses.
Provide technical and methodological coaching to core team.

What you will bring

Fluent or intermediate knowledge of English & Slovak language
Operational & manufacturing experience at maintenance department.
Knowledge of SAP (at least as a user).
Good communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building.
