You work in Mondelēz International Business Services to lead in the development of tools, frameworks and skills that ensure the effective delivery of the experience strategy for a specific process area (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.). You also work with other service operations employees to ensure they are using processes and tools to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
How you will contribute
As a subject matter expert (SME) for processes in your area, you will provide input to capability-building materials and toolkits to ensure adherence to defined processes and to identify opportunities for the development of standard tools, automation, digitization and application for processes in line with group priorities and strategy. In addition, you will monitor key performance indicators to ensure they are aligned to strategic objectives and provide feedback to develop global capability. In this role, you will also audit and manage change controls and keep track of issues and actions to ensure they are addressed on a timely basis. Working with other teams, you will manage issue escalations. As an SME, you not only understand, but keep abreast of industry-wide best practices in your area.

More about this role
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Advisor will be responsible for identifying candidates through digital tools, social media, and direct candidate outreach. The successful TA Sourcing Advisor, will be resourceful and demonstrate excellent time management skills, while operating with a sense urgency relative to candidate engagement, hiring manager follow-up, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sourcing Lead, Senior TA Sourcing Advisors and hiring managers to understand search position requirements and build-out strategic sourcing pipeline for key roles and projects as needed
- Support Senior TA Sourcing Advisor by managing candidate outreach, market mapping, and conducting phone interviews
- Conduct initial outreach into target organizations and specific industry sectors to assist in identifying top talent
- Strategically source and identify candidates through a variety of resources from our internal applicant database (Workday) and online sourcing tools
- Work with the Talent CoE and People Leads to identify and prioritize search needs.
- Maintain detailed reporting of search progress and up to date candidate tracking.
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Job specific requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a good understanding of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology
- Prior search experience, preferably with a highly matrixed, global organization or search firm developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies to compete for top talent in a competitive environment
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of sourcing strategies and practices (i.e. deep internet search, strong research, social media and candidate generation skills)
- Exposure to and understanding of technology with experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, Artificial Intelligence, Social Media Platforms, and other tools
- Ability to synthesize ad hoc market intelligence data to provide information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.)
- Good stakeholder and project management skills
- Strong organizational skills – ability to plan, drive and track metrics for multiple recruiting programs. The ability to work to tight hiring timelines
