How you will contribute

You will:

Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda
Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects
Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

More about this role

In this role, you will:

- Work closely with the Enterprise Architect in formulating technology road maps, standards, best practices and guiding principles

- Provide SME knowledge on technology usage

- Work with and provide input to Enterprise

- Architecture in evaluating new tools for bringing new capabilities based on the business requirements, then support project teams in implementing these new technologies

- Act as mentor and coach on best practices and technologies

- Participate in the Information and Analytics Community of Practice to educate, guide on principles, standards and patterns

- Act as an advisor to the IS Enterprise Software team to ensure Mondelez is compliant with licensing allocations and in the procurement of new / additional tool licenses as needed

What extra ingredients you will bring:

- Deep know how on business needs in the areas of HR, Manufacturing, Sales in FMCG Company

- Experience on Microsoft Azure Cloud, including Azure Databricks / Delta Lake and Event Hub

- Experience on integration tools like Talend ELT

- Experience on building streaming pipelines using cloud and edge computing would be an asset

- Understanding of SAP ECC / BW and Workday

- Any experience on integration with Schneider Energy Management System, Shoplogix, Solvace, Enablon would be an asset

- Cultural awareness in the workplace for working with teams across the globe

- Ability to work in cross functional teams in a fast-paced agile development environment

- Good understanding on connecting front solutions with the backend environment

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
